Cooking instructions:

  • Steam – Steam for 15 minutes
  • Deep fry at 180°C for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

    For those who are not into super spicy otak-otak. Best combination of flavor with a nice amount of coconut milk, worth every ringgit. The frozen pao is a little dry/lack moisture, so I will recommend that you steam it instead of microwave.
